StoneRidge Stables is a newly opened boarding stables. Our stables has alot to offer you and your horse.  We offer full, partial and pasture care boarding. Also if needed we offer overnight and layover stabling. We lease a few of our well trained horses for for your riding pleasures which currently the horses must stay on site. The landscape is great for endurance training and trail riding on the remote river valley. We also grow our own hay on the property. Our boarder’s barn is an old Ky. tobacco barn which is well vented during those hot summer days. The all wood barn is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We have renovated the barn into 14 by 14 horse stables.  There are cross-ties available in the stalls aisles, also in the barn is a small lounge to keep your drinks and snacks as well as a place for sitting and eating while you're here.  There is nothing to big or small we can't and won't do to make you and your horse enjoy each and every minute while your here.  We give all of our horses lots of TLC as we believe and treat our horses as family.  This is our life long passion as we make sure our horses and yours are taken care of properly with lots of love, nourishment and attention as they only deserve the best.

StoneRidge Stables has three large turnouts with run-ins with a natural water through. We also have a twenty acre turnout that has plenty of woods for a natural run-in for your horse to escape the weather.  This pasture also has ample amount of grass and a fresh spring running though it.  The ten acre turnout that is on the river side of the farm has plenty of lush green grass as well. We also have two individual turnouts for horses that may need special care. Our well maintained pastures are cared for year round so there is always alot of grass in spring, summer and fall. With multiple pastures we are able to cater to the individual needs of you and your horses. Our pastures all have safe board fence. The pastures are not only our horses living quarters it's their pantry, kitchen and playground all rolled into one.

StoneRidge Stables also offers over night and layover stabling, with electrical hook-up and water that is available for trailer parking close to the barn. With large comfy stall(s) you can also turn your horse(s) out in the pasture where they can kick up their hooves and stretch those tired legs after being in the trailer.  For you and your family's pleasure you may also wish to camp a few days and nights along the Licking river to fish, swim and ride your horses in our back fields with plenty of privacy.  Its just like the perfect park/vacation spot to enjoy the outdoors which is just minutes away from the city.  We are here to meet most all of your needs while you enjoy our peace of paradise.  Just call or email to make reservations to make sure we save the perfect spot for you.

StoneRidge Stables also offers on site farm leasing with our horses, with use of all the facility's. Leasing a horse gives you the luxury of not having to take on full responsibility of a horse. The benefits to leasing instead of owning your own horse include: no worries of many things such as feeding, the cost of boarding, tack supplies, cost of the horse, the care and maintenance that is needed when you own your own horse and much more.  You can enjoy the pleasure of a horse for a very minimal cost. You may also lease one of our horses for you and or family to learn the correct way to ride a horse as we offer riding lessons if interested. All you need to do is come, ride, enjoy yourself and leave the rest to us.  If you love horses and don't have one of your own this is the perfect spot to get started having fun. 

StoneRidges terrain has natural grounds for endurance training and pleasure riding in our large open fields, access to crossing the rocky Licking River or Phillips creek with steep banks, flat banks and woods with plenty of logs for jumping and hills for running your horse up and down. We have all the obstacles you need for endurance training. It's a great place for a pleasure ride to condition the muscles and bones of your horse.

StoneRidge Stables  grows our own alfa and timothy hay.  The fields are fertilized and seeded every other year and the yield properly stored. We have over 60 acres devoted to hay. Our hay is a timothy, clover and grass mixture.  Our horses and the boarded horses are only fed our hay so we know they are getting the very best.  We also sell our hay if needed to our fellow animal lovers.
